(Short & simple info regarding refunds, deadlines, etc.) Terms of Service Payment The maximum price of $10 is already quite low. Full upfront payment is preferred, but a 50/50 split is also available if needed (50% before work starts, 50% after the final render, after which you will receive the full-res artwork without watermarks [if requested] and in high quality). Revisions You get 2 free revisions during the sketching stage, as it's easy to change the pose, expression, hairstyle, or outfit at this point. If you say, "I approved the sketch, but now at the final render stage I want to completely change the pose or character" — that is not a revision, that is a redesign/rework. Any major revision after the sketch approval will incur an extra fee. Refunds If cancelled by ME (my fault): 100% full refund at any point if I get sick, run out of time, or am unable to finish the piece. If cancelled by the CLIENT: Before work begins (before sketching): 100% refund, no questions asked. During the sketch stage: 50% refund (as time has already been spent on the draft). After sketch approval: 0% refund. My time and effort have already been put into the work. Deadlines & Turnaround Time I do not lock myself into strict "done in 1 day" deadlines. The timeframe starts counting once prepayment/full payment and all character references are received. Standard TAT: 3–14 days (or faster, depending on the queue). Rush order ("Urgent / Within 24 hours"): +50% fee added to the total cost. Copyright & Usage Personal Use: The client is free to use the artwork as an avatar, post it on social media (with proper credit to me as the artist), or print it for personal items (e.g., phone cases, posters). Commercial Restriction: The client MAY NOT sell merchandise featuring the artwork, turn it into an NFT, or use it in commercial games/books without purchasing a separate Commercial License (a Commercial License usually costs 2x or 3x the base price). Artist Rights: I reserve the right to post the finished artwork in my portfolio and on social media. If you would like the artwork to remain private and never be published anywhere, a privacy fee of ~$5 applies.
